Our prices do not include these duties, and Plezer is not liable for any additional charges that may apply upon the product's arrival in the destination country.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, products, or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place in Mumbai, India.

9.3 Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India, for any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Plezer regarding your use of the Site, products, and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
