1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@plezeronline.com within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: After receiving return authorization, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
International Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
