Plezer Delivery Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
At Plezer, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly. All orders are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard shipping via UPS, which includes tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer to have your package delivered with a required signature upon receipt, we offer UPS Extra services. Please note that additional charges will apply for this option. To select this service, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order. For your convenience, we recommend grouping all items in a single order, as we cannot combine shipping fees for separate orders placed at different times.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment online. This allows you to stay informed about the estimated delivery date and any updates related to your package.

4. Packaging
